Custody Operations Lead

We are looking for a Custody Operations Lead to run day-to-day operational controls for custody and brokerage flows. You will own reconciliations, incident handling, SOPs, and operational evidence trails that regulators and institutional partners expect.

Run Daily Ops: deposits/withdrawals processing, approvals, exception handling, and queue management.

Reconciliations: ledger vs wallet vs bank reconciliation with clear break management and SLAs.

SOPs & Controls: define and enforce maker-checker workflows, access reviews, and runbooks.
REQ_XX
Incident Management: triage, comms, root cause analysis, and permanent fixes with engineering/security.
REQ_XX
Operational Reporting: KPIs, operational risk metrics, and evidence pack readiness.
REQ_XX
Partner Coordination: coordinate with banks/PSPs/exchange houses on operational workflows.

REQ_XX
Experience: 5+ Years Experience in operations within banking, EMI/PSP, brokerage, or exchange/custody.
REQ_XX
Process Discipline: understands controls, evidence, and audit trails.
REQ_XX
High Attention to Detail: reconciliations are non-negotiable.
