Head of Compliance & Regulatory Affairs

We are looking for a Head of Compliance & Regulatory Affairs to own licensing execution end-to-end and build the compliance operating system for Bridge Intelligence. You will be the single accountable owner for regulatory readiness across custody, brokerage, and future settlement/rail functions, working directly with the founder and product/engineering teams.

REQ_XX
Own Licensing Delivery: across SBP/SECP/PVARA workstreams: submissions, responses, evidence packs, and readiness timelines.

Build the Compliance Program: policies, procedures, risk assessments, training, recordkeeping, escalation paths.
REQ_XX
Regulator Interface: manage meetings, action items, and formal communications with strict audit trails.
REQ_XX
Control Design with Engineering: translate regulatory obligations into product requirements and enforceable controls.
REQ_XX
Vendor Governance: due diligence, contracts input, and ongoing oversight for KYC/KYT/screening providers.
REQ_XX
Reporting Cadence: board updates, compliance KPIs, incident reporting and remediation tracking.

REQ_XX
Experience: 8+ Years Experience in compliance/regulatory roles in banking, EMI/PSP, brokerage, or fintech.
REQ_XX
Hands-on Licensing Experience: has built evidence packs and driven applications across regulators.
REQ_XX
Strong Governance Instincts: disciplined documentation, approvals, and audit readiness by default.
REQ_XX
Technical Literacy: understands how monitoring, logs, access controls, and data retention work.
REQ_XX
Backbone: can block unsafe launches and enforce scope discipline.
