Head of Financial Crime Risk & KYT

We are looking for a Head of Financial Crime Risk & KYT to build our risk methodology and monitoring logic for on-chain and off-chain flows. You will define the risk framework, scoring approach, and control testing program that turns compliance from documents into enforceable systems.

Design the Risk Framework: for customers, counterparties, assets, and transaction behaviors.

Own KYT Logic: risk scoring, rules tuning, thresholds, watchlists, and explainability standards.

Control Testing: validate that controls work in practice (sampling, QA, model/rules drift checks).
REQ_XX
Integrations Strategy: define how external providers (screening/KYT) plug into internal services and data models.
REQ_XX
Incident Analysis: post-mortems, root cause, and prevention plans tied back to controls.
REQ_XX
Board/Regulator Readiness: convert risk logic into defensible narratives and evidence packs.

Experience: 7+ Years Experience in risk, KYT, fraud, or financial crime analytics (fintech/bank/brokerage).

Strong Analytical Mindset: can design scoring systems and defend tradeoffs.
REQ_XX
Systems Thinking: understands event pipelines, audit logs, and evidence requirements.
REQ_XX
