Partnerships & Institutional BD Lead

We are looking for a Partnerships & Institutional BD Lead to secure and manage the relationships that make this business real: banks, EMIs/PSPs, exchange houses, VASPs, and enterprise clients. You will own the pipeline and make sure product and compliance convert into signed pilots.

Market Intelligence: competitor tracking, pricing signals, and corridor opportunities.

Experience: 7+ Years Experience in institutional fintech BD (banks/PSPs/brokerage/VASP ecosystem).

Network Strength: can get meetings with decision-makers, not just intermediaries.
REQ_XX
Commercial Sharpness: pricing, terms, risk allocation, and basic legal fluency.
REQ_XX
Execution Discipline: follows a pipeline process and closes.
REQ_XX
Credibility: can represent a high-stakes regulated platform with confidence.
