Senior Platform/SRE Engineer (Kubernetes)

We are looking for a Senior Platform/SRE Engineer to run production-grade infrastructure from day one: Kubernetes, observability, CI/CD, and reliability. This role is critical because licensing-grade products fail on ops before they fail on code.

REQ_XX
Own Kubernetes Deployments: environments, ingress, networking, autoscaling, and resource governance.

Observability Stack: metrics, logs, traces, alerting, SLOs, and incident runbooks.

CI/CD & Release Safety: GitHub Actions/ArgoCD-style pipelines, migrations as jobs, rollbacks, and gating.

Secrets & Key Management: Vault/KMS integration, rotation discipline, least-privilege access.
REQ_XX
Reliability Work: load testing, capacity planning, and performance tuning.
REQ_XX
Security Hardening: baseline policies, network controls, and dependency scanning.

REQ_XX
Experience: 6+ Years Experience in SRE/platform engineering with Kubernetes in production.
REQ_XX
Strong Linux + Networking: fundamentals and debugging ability.
REQ_XX
Operational Discipline: incident response, post-mortems, and continuous improvement.

Security-Aware: understands common failure and breach patterns in fintech-grade infra.
REQ_XX
